This document specifies the raw materials and production process, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of epichlorohydrin by-product cis-1,3-dichloropropene. This document applies to cis-1,3-dichloropropene obtained by distillation and purification from by-products produced during the production of epichlorohydrin, which is mainly used as raw material for industrial synthesis. Other cis-1,3-dichloropropene produced by distillation and purification of waste liquid containing cis-1,3-dichloropropene can also refer to this document.
