Scope: This document (referring to ISO230-1:2012) stipulates the geometric accuracy inspection and working accuracy inspection of anti-axis moment table surface grinders for general purposes and ordinary precision worktable lengths up to 1600mm. This document specifies the corresponding tolerances for these inspections. This document does not apply to surface grinders with fixed worktables or circular worktables, nor to surface grinders with longitudinally moving grinding heads. This document is only applicable to the accuracy inspection of machine tools, not to the operation inspection of machine tools (such as abnormal vibration noise, crawling of moving parts, etc.), nor to the parameter inspection of machine tools (such as speed, feed, etc.) ,These checks should usually be performed before accuracy ,checking.
