- This document specifies the terms and definitions of radiation-proof knitted pants (hereinafter referred to as knitted pants), product classification, size, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product instructions, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality commitments . This document is applicable to radiation-proof knitted pants suitable for civilian wear made of knitted fabrics containing metallic fibers sewn at the crotch area. This document does not apply to knitted pants for children aged 14 years and under.
