Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, safety requirements, inspection and testing, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of smart terminal devices in smart substations. This standard applies to the development, testing, inspection and application of the intelligent terminal device (hereinafter referred to as the device) of the Yaneng substation with a voltage level of 110 (66) KV and above. Other voltage levels can be implemented by reference.
