- This document specifies the methods, procedures, report content and requirements for initial emission testing of air pollutants from boiler products. This document is applicable to the finalization of steam boilers, hot water boilers and organic heat carrier boiler products with a rated pressure less than 3.8MPa, acceptance after modification, and initial emission testing of air pollutants under operating conditions. Not suitable for waste heat boilers and waste incinerators. The measurement and evaluation of the initial emission of air pollutants under operating conditions of the boiler in use and the emission of air pollutants from the flue gas purification system can be carried out with reference to this document.
