Scope

This standard applies to the emission control of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from shoe-making enterprises within the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province. This standard applies to the VOCs emission control of existing shoemaking enterprises, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and post-completion VOCs emission control of new construction, reconstruction, and expansion projects.
