This standard specifies the basic requirements for filling in the application and issuance of emission permits for industrial solid waste and hazardous waste treatment units, determination of permitted emission limits, calculation of actual emissions, methods of compliance determination, as well as self-monitoring, environmental management ledgers and Environmental management requirements such as pollution discharge permit execution reports and feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control of industrial solid waste and hazardous waste are proposed.
