- This document specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality commitment of multilayer chip ceramic capacitor electrode nickel powder (hereinafter referred to as the product). This document applies to nickel powder with an average particle size of 150 nm to 400 nm used on the internal electrodes of multilayer chip ceramic capacitors. For electrode nickel powders with other particle sizes, please refer to this document.
