- This document specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality commitments of elastic traffic columns (hereinafter referred to as traffic columns). This document is applicable to traffic columns partially covered with elastic reflective surfaces that serve as safety warnings in road traffic. They are mainly used to separate opposite traffic flows or channelize traffic. Traffic columns used for other purposes can be used as a reference.
