This document specifies the raw materials and production process, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of dichloropropane, a by-product of epichlorohydrin. This document applies to dichloropropane obtained by distillation and purification from by-products produced during the production of epichlorohydrin, which is mainly used as raw material for industrial synthesis. Other dichloropropane produced through distillation and purification of waste liquid containing dichloropropane can also refer to this document.
