This standard stipulates the general principles of pyrolysis production of waste tires and waste rubber, products of comprehensive utilization of resources, pollutant emission control and marking, packaging, storage and transportation. This standard is applicable to the thermal cracking production of waste tires and waste rubber, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and operation management of new construction, reconstruction and expansion of waste tires and waste rubber thermal cracking production facilities. This standard does not apply to waste rubber and plastic products listed in the "National Hazardous Waste List", as well as waste rubber such as waste nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, and neoprene rubber that are currently treated by thermal cracking methods.
