This document stipulates the principles, instruments and equipment, sample collection and preparation, measurement methods, result calculation and accuracy for measuring the mechanical strength of blue carbon. This document is applicable to the determination of the mechanical strength of blue carbon with particle sizes ranging from 8mm to 35mm.
