This document stipulates the requirements for technical measures such as cultivation technology, fertilizer and water management, pest and disease control, and harvesting for the high-yield cultivation technology of dryland winter wheat with two depths and two pressures. This document is applicable to the Huang-Huai-Hai region where winter wheat and summer corn are harvested twice a year. Other similar ecological regions shall refer to this document.
