This document specifies the method overview, test preparation, test procedures, quality assurance and quality control, data and reporting for rapid testing of the firming efficacy of cosmetics and their raw materials based on zebrafish models. This document is suitable for the use of zebrafish models to rapidly detect and evaluate the firming efficacy of cosmetics and their raw materials. This document does not apply to test substances that cannot be dissolved, emulsified or prepared into a uniformly dispersed suspension and that are inherently fluorescent.
