Scope: This standard specifies the terms, definitions and symbols, basic requirements, specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitment of ultrasonic gas meters. This standard is applicable to applications where the maximum working pressure does not exceed 50kPa, the maximum flow does not exceed 160m3/h, the minimum working environment temperature range is -25℃~+55℃, Class 1.0 and Class 1.5, battery powered, and installed in places with slight or no vibration or impact. Design, manufacturing and testing of ultrasonic gas meters (hereinafter referred to as gas meters) in closed places (indoors or outdoors with protective measures) where there is condensation water and electromagnetic interference. Unless otherwise stated, the pressures mentioned in this standard refer to pressure relative to atmospheric pressure (gauge pressure).
