Scope
This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for gas burning appliances, the safety technical requirements for connecting hoses for gas burning appliances, the safety technical requirements for indoor gas facilities, the environmental protection technical requirements for gas burning appliances, test methods, and the installation and use locations of gas burning appliances. Special requirements for safety facilities. This standard applies to household and commercial gas burning appliances that use town gas that meets the provisions of GB/T 13611 as energy and the connecting hoses and indoor gas facilities they use. Not suitable for gas burning appliances and industrial gas burning appliances designed for specific purposes. This standard is the necessary additional requirements for safety and environmental protection for relevant products based on their mandatory product standards. This standard should be used together with the applicable mandatory provisions in relevant product standards and construction specifications.
