- This guiding technical document stipulates the classification, site selection, functions, composition and technical requirements, safety requirements, supporting facilities, construction and acceptance of electric vehicle charging stations (hereinafter referred to as charging stations). This guiding technical document applies to the construction and acceptance of new, renovated and expanded electric vehicle charging stations with a total charging equipment power greater than 100kW.
