Scope
Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Lingshan rice dumplings Lingshan rice dumplings are produced within the administrative area of Lingshan County. They use glutinous rice as the main raw material, pork, pig trotters, mung beans, chestnuts, etc. as fillings in the middle, and add edible vegetable oil, edible salt, and white wine. It is a prepackaged food that is made of auxiliary materials and is wrapped with tangerine leaves into a rectangular pillow shape or ingot shape. The weight of pork and mung bean rice dumplings is not less than 2kg, and the weight of pig trotters and mung bean rice dumplings is not less than 4kg. It is a prepackaged food that has been steamed until cooked. 4 Production hygiene Production hygiene should comply with the regulations of GB14881.
