Scope
This standard specifies the emission limits of volatile organic compounds in surface coating-related operations in the automobile manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province, including storage and transportation, mixing, stirring, cleaning, painting, drying and post-processing units during the entire vehicle and body manufacturing process. , monitoring and monitoring requirements, production process and management requirements. This standard is applicable to the control of volatile organic compounds emissions in the existing automobile manufacturing industry, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection engineering design, completed environmental protection acceptance and post-production control of volatile organic compounds in new, modified, and expanded projects. This standard does not apply to the management of air pollutant emissions from automobile modification, repair and parts painting processes.
