Scope

This document specifies the test methods for external short circuit of lithium-ion power batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries) for electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as batteries). This document applies to lithium-ion power battery cells, modules and systems for electric vehicles. Other power batteries can be implemented as a reference.
