Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of hazelnut refined oil and crude oil, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, marking, packaging, storage, transportation and sales. This standard applies to commercial hazelnut oil produced from hazelnuts (kernels) through a pressing process.
