- The document specifies a method for the full or preliminary dispersion of pigments and/or extenders in mill bases of moderately high viscosity using a high-speed impeller mill. It is for use in conjunction with the methods of assessment described in DIN EN ISO 8781 and should be read in conjunction with DIN EN ISO 8780-1.
