Scope

This standard specifies the base material requirements, mix ratio design, construction, quality management and acceptance of lime-fly ash stabilized blending of construction waste recycled aggregates (referred to as lime-fly ash stabilized blending aggregates). This standard applies to the base and sub-base construction of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of highways of all grades.
