This method specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for the DNA components of the easily confused species Anoplopomafimbria, Lepidocybium flavobrunneum, Ruvettuspretiosus and Antarctic toothfish (Dissostichuseleginoides, Dissostichusmawsoni) in cod and its products. This method is suitable for the qualitative detection of DNA components in nudibranch, oilfish and Antarctic toothfish in chilled cod products such as cod, cod fillets, and cod steaks.
