This specification stipulates the review scope, review points and acceptance criteria for the technical review of environmental impact on the site of nuclear-powered icebreaker construction projects involving nuclear activities (including initial loading, commissioning and overhaul, etc.) and during the operation of the nuclear-powered icebreaker. This specification is applicable to nuclear and radiation environmental impact assessment agencies’ technical review of the operating environmental impact of nuclear-powered icebreaker construction projects.
