This standard specifies the requirements for materials and parts, production and assembly, welding, trial assembly, anti-corrosion, inspection, packaging, marking, storage and transportation during the processing of UHV steel pipe towers and steel pipe frames. This standard is applicable to the processing and inspection of steel pipe structures (including steel pipe supports) in 1000kV UHV AC, ±800kV and above UHV DC transmission line engineering steel pipe towers and supporting substations, switch stations, and converter stations. The processing of steel pipe towers and steel pipe frames of other voltage levels can be carried out as a reference.
