This document stipulates the evaluation specifications for the elderly-friendly and livable environment of a friendly smart city covering the environment of "outdoor space and architecture, transportation, residence, information and intelligence, medical services, health care, social participation and community integration". This document is suitable for industry authorities and third-party evaluation agencies to evaluate the quality of smart cities that are suitable for the elderly, livable and environmentally friendly, such as urban elderly-friendly communities and elderly care institutions. The first-level evaluation indicators in the document are also suitable for quality evaluation of outdoor public environments and residential environments in smart cities.
