Scope

This standard specifies the test items and test sequence, test conditions, test requirements and methods of the synchronous line loss measurement device (hereinafter referred to as the "device") of the distribution network. This standard is applicable to type testing and factory testing of simultaneous line loss measurement devices directly installed in 6kV ~ 35kV distribution networks.
