This standard stipulates the preparation, implementation, operation and maintenance, water saving amount verification and project handover of contract water-saving projects in universities. This standard applies to water-saving renovation projects implemented and managed by full-time universities, independent colleges, colleges, and higher vocational schools using the contract water-saving management model. New or expanded university contract water-saving projects can be implemented as a reference.
