GB/T 39853.2-2021 (English Version) PDF

Scope: This part of GB/T39853 specifies the functional test and uncertainty requirements of the instrument. The functions of the instrument include measuring, recording and effectively monitoring the power quality parameters in the power supply system, etc., and the measurement method defined in IEC61000 4.30 (Class A or Class S). This section applies to power quality monitoring equipment that complies with GB/T39853.1. This section may also be referenced by other product standards (such as digital fault recorders, gateway meters, medium-voltage or high-voltage protective relays) that require equipment to embed Class A or Class S power quality functions defined in the IEC61000 4.30 standard. These requirements apply to single-phase, two-phase and three-phase AC 50 Hz or 60 Hz power supply systems. This section does not deal with the user interface or topics that are not related to the measured performance of the device. This section does not cover post-processing and interpretation of the data, e.g. using dedicated software.
