This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings and accompanying documents, packaging, transportation and storage of crude nickel and cobalt carbonate products from lithium battery waste recycling. This document applies to the mixture of crude nickel carbonate and cobalt carbonate obtained by pretreatment, leaching, impurity removal, precipitation and other processes of lithium-ion battery waste containing nickel and cobalt elements. Note: This product is used as a raw material for the production of nickel, cobalt and manganese three-element composite hydroxide, chemical salts of nickel or cobalt and other related materials.
