Scope
This document stipulates the goals and overall requirements for saving and reducing losses in grain processing, processing technology requirements, and appropriate processing, by-product utilization, product packaging, quality and inspection, management requirements, etc. This document applies to saving and reducing losses in rice (japonica rice) and wheat processing.
