- This document stipulates the terms and definitions, basic requirements, and professional skill requirements for elderly care workers, as well as the evaluation requirements, content, methods, and weighting of professional skills for elderly care workers. This document applies to the skills training, assessment and evaluation of elderly care workers (corresponding to Level 4 of the National Occupational Skills Standard and Level 3 of the Hong Kong Elderly Care Service Industry Qualifications Framework) within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
