Scope
This part stipulates the terms and definitions of the geographical indication product Nanxian crayfish farming technical regulations, environmental conditions, varieties and quality, pond farming, rice field farming and file management. This section applies to the culture of Nanxian crayfish approved and protected by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
