This document gives the occupational sequence of operation and maintenance service practitioners, as well as the occupational grade and professional ability element level information contained in each part of the occupational sequence, and proposes basic conditions and competency evaluation criteria for practitioners at each occupational level. This document is applicable to enterprises and related organizations that provide operation and maintenance services for capability management, capability assessment and skills training.
