- This standard stipulates the types, judgment criteria, transformation technology, operation design, construction supervision, inspection and acceptance, and file management of low-efficiency ecological public welfare forests. This standard applies to inefficient ecological public welfare renovation projects within the administrative region of Beijing. The low-efficiency ecological public welfare forests referred to in this standard include natural forests and artificial forests in terms of origin, and include arbor forests and shrub forests in terms of forest classification.
