- This document stipulates the overall principles, general requirements, organization and management, staffing, emergency equipment and workplace of nuclear power plant nuclear accident emergency on-site rapid support team capacity building. This document is applicable to the capacity building of operating units for the rapid support team at the nuclear accident emergency site of a nuclear power plant, and is also applicable to the supervision and management of the construction of the rapid support team at the nuclear accident emergency site of a nuclear power plant by regulatory authorities.
