This document proposes a traffic data element framework and stipulates the quality of traffic data elements and the security and openness requirements of traffic data elements. This document is applicable to the classification and hierarchical management of traffic data elements during the design, construction and operation of the data element vault. Other work related to traffic data applications using digital technology can be used as a reference. The classification and hierarchical management of data elements in other fields can be used as a reference.
