This document applies to pollution control throughout the entire process of storage, transportation, utilization and disposal of organic waste sulfuric acid, and can be used to guide the construction of organic waste sulfuric acid utilization and disposal facilities and pollution control after completion, as well as the environmental impact of organic waste sulfuric acid utilization and disposal projects. Pollution control and monitoring requirements in processes such as evaluation, environmental protection facility design, completed environmental protection acceptance, pollution discharge permit management, cleaner production review, hazardous waste operation permit, etc.
