- This standard specifies the ordering content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviations of hot-rolled seamless square and rectangular tubes for building structures, technical requirements, inspection and test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates. This standard applies to square and rectangular tubes (hereinafter referred to as square and rectangular tubes) for building structures manufactured by hot rolling without welds. This standard does not apply to square and rectangular tubes produced by extrusion, pressing, forging, expansion, etc.
