Scope
Service requirements for testing agencies: a) Establish a customer-centered service awareness to ensure that customers’ reasonable service needs are met; b) The registration information accepted should be in plain language and in a reasonable manner to ensure that complainants will not be disadvantaged status; c) When recording the implementation of handling complaints, the institution should protect private information and ensure the confidentiality of the complainant; d) The institution should keep records of the content of complaints and complaint handling, and maintain the integrity and continuity of the data; e ) Strengthen publicity, establish multiple customer groups, and expand ways to collect customer opinions and suggestions; f) Analyze and use the collected information from customers about whether the organization meets their requirements, improve the management system, and enhance the level of inspection work.
