Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of fried vegetable products, product classification and certification application units, review of production license conditions, and production license inspection. This standard is applicable to the review of production conditions and the inspection of product production licenses applied by enterprises for the use of fried vegetable products that use edible fungi and vegetables as the main raw materials and are processed by frying or oil-soaking.
