- This document stipulates the requirements for samples, isolation and culture, titration, identification, evaluation, preservation, information, quality control and biosafety of establishing HIV standard strains. This document applies to pathogenic microorganism (virus) species preservation institutions at all levels across the country. Other institutions involved in HIV strain research, teaching, testing, diagnosis and other related activities may refer to and implement it.
