This document specifies the localization methods, positioning instruments and analysis principles for partial discharge defects in gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear. This document is applicable to the localization of partial discharge on-site defects of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear equipment (GIS equipment) of 35kV and above (referred to as GIS equipment). The localization of partial discharge on-site defects of tank circuit breakers and HGIS equipment can be implemented as a reference.
