This standard specifies the terms and definitions, evaluation principles, evaluation scope and content, evaluation methods, evaluation procedures and requirements for standardized evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. This standard applies to the evaluation of three categories of technical achievements, including basic research results, applied technology achievements, and soft science and technology achievements, by scientific and technological achievement evaluation agencies entrusted by the client within the administrative region of Dongying City. It does not apply to the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements that design state secrets.
