Scope

This regulation stipulates the objectives of early rice production, variety selection, stubble cultivation, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, harvesting and other whole-process cultivation techniques. This procedure is applicable to the double-cropping early rice areas of our province where winter fallow fields, green manure or early-maturing cabbage-type rapeseed stubble early rice are used.
