- Green tide disaster has become one of the major marine disasters in my country. Carrying out green tide disaster risk early warning based on real-time disaster conditions is a necessary link to support the realization of accurate emergency response to green tide disasters, and is the key to improving the emergency response efficiency and disaster reduction level of green tide disasters. There are currently no research reports and relevant standards on green tide risk warning. This document combines the latest research progress, technical achievements and practical application status of green tide investigation, monitoring, forecasting and response, and provides green tide disaster risk early warning technical methods to guide green tide disaster risk early warning work.
