This document specifies the insulation specifications for high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) for closed refrigeration compressors, and specifies the technical requirements for single materials and insulation systems, inspection rules, diagnostic tests, etc. This document applies to insulation systems of motors with rated voltages above 1140V and 13800V and below. This document does not apply to motor insulation systems using ammonia as refrigerant.
