Scope
This document stipulates the requirements for candied haws, hygienic requirements for production and processing, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This document applies to one or more types of fruits and vegetables as raw materials, with or without nuts and their products, with white sugar or rock sugar as auxiliary materials, after selecting, cleaning, trimming, shaping, filling or not filling.
