Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of prestressed concrete pipe piles (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limits, energy consumption limits, statistical scope, calculation principles and methods, and major energy-saving management measures. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of the comprehensive energy consumption of products of prestressed concrete pipe pile manufacturing enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction and expansion projects. Other types of prestressed concrete piles may be implemented with reference to this standard.
